Boiled eggs with soldiers

This is a brilliant snack to serve with salads, buffets or cold meats or fish.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Asparagus

Method

  1. Put your eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  2. when the water starts boiling let the eggs boil for 5 minutes (boil them longer if you don’t your eggs soft boiled)
  3. Put 2 incase of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
  4. Put in Asparagus for 1-2 minutes (depending on how crunchy you like them)
  5. Serve eggs in eggs cup and dip your asparagus soldiers in your eggs.
