Boiled eggs with soldiers
This is a brilliant snack to serve with salads, buffets or cold meats or fish.
- 3 eggs
- Put your eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
- when the water starts boiling let the eggs boil for 5 minutes (boil them longer if you don’t your eggs soft boiled)
- Put 2 incase of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Put in Asparagus for 1-2 minutes (depending on how crunchy you like them)
- Serve eggs in eggs cup and dip your asparagus soldiers in your eggs.
