Apple, orange, carrot and ginger smoothie and juice

This is one of my favourite fruit and vegetable smoothies as it sweet with a hint of ginger and it is great as a juice as well

Ingredients (serves 1-2)

  • 1 apple
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 pint of water

Method

  1. Remove the core from the apple, the skin of the orange and peel the carrot and ginger
  2. Chop everything up and put it in your blender or nutribullet
  3. add the water and blend it all together until smooth
