Boiled eggs

This is for me one of the most perfect foods to have as a snack. A Chicken egg has 13 grams of protein per 100grams and they are high in minerals and vitamins like  vitamin B12, vitamin B2. vitamin B5, vitamin D and vitamin A.

Ingredients

  • Eggs (how many you want)

Method

  1. Put your eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  2. when the water starts boiling let the eggs boil for 5 minutes (boil them longer if you don’t your eggs soft boiled)
  3. take them out and cover them with cold water.
  4. Either peel them or keep the shell on them and they are ready to take with you  or just eat straight away.
