This is for me one of the most perfect foods to have as a snack. A Chicken egg has 13 grams of protein per 100grams and they are high in minerals and vitamins like vitamin B12, vitamin B2. vitamin B5, vitamin D and vitamin A.
- Eggs (how many you want)
- Put your eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
- when the water starts boiling let the eggs boil for 5 minutes (boil them longer if you don’t your eggs soft boiled)
- take them out and cover them with cold water.
- Either peel them or keep the shell on them and they are ready to take with you or just eat straight away.
