Pork chops (how to cook)

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

  • 5 x 200g pork chops
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Rub the chops with salt and pepper on both sides
  2.  Heat a pan until hot, melt the butter until golden
  3.  Add the pork chops
  4.   Fry  them  for  about  6  minutes  on  each  side  or  until  cooked  through  (not  pink
  5. inside)
  6. *A  nice  touch  is  to  sprinkle  paprika  on  both  sides  of  the
  7.   pork  chops  before
  8. cooking, it really brings out the flavour of the meat.
