Rump steak (how to cook)

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

  • 4 x 250g rump

    steaks ( room

    temperature)

  • Butter

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Rub the steaks with sea salt and fresh grounded

    pepper

  2. Heat the frying pan until hot, melt the butter until

    golden (not brown)

  3. Add the steaks. Fry for 2 minutes (until browned)

  4. Turn the steaks over for another 2 minutes.

  5. Take the pan off the heat and leave the steaks to

    rest.

Serve with salad and sweet potato chips
