Phase 11

WELCOME TO PHASE 11

Here you will find the first 4 workouts to be completed within a 48 hour window. We recommend there will be a 3 hour window between each workout.


HIIT

Reps

  • Squat:     21,18,15,12,9,6,3
  • Burpees: 3,6,9,12,15,18,21 

You do 21 squats followed by 3 burpees then 18 squats followed by 6 burpees etc.

Strength

 

TUT - 40x slow down explode up

  • 15 SL Squat
  • 15 RDL (Dumbell’s)
  • 15 Bent over rows
  • 15 Chest press’s 

Repeat x 5
