My new Winter salad 

It is absolutely delicious and you can easily make it as a warm as well as a cold salad.


  • 3 leaves Savoy cabbage
  • 2 leaves red cabbage
  • 2 leaves white cabbage
  • juice from 1/2 orange,
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • a bit of chilli (fresh or dried works) 


  1. Chop the cabbage very finely (i use my food processor as it is super quick)
  2. put the cabbage in a bowl and pour the orange juice over it
  3. add the salt and chilli
  4. add the pomegranate
  5. stir it together and taste to see if it needs a little extra salt, chilli or orange juice.
  6. Serve it with your normal salad

An easy way to to make it higher in protein is to add nuts and feta cheese 😍
