10 Simple Steps to lose weight

1. Get rid of any chocolate, sweets, biscuits or other ‘treats’ you might have in the house – if it isn’t there you won’t be tempted to eat it.

2. Plan your meals for the week

3. Do a full food shop for the week so you have everything you need to follow you meal plans.

4. Have protein with all meals

5. Have 4-7 different vegetables with your protein at lunch and dinner

6. Plan your exercise for the week

7. Drink 1.5 litre of water before breakfast

8. Chose your carbs carefully.

9. Serve up differently – start with your meat, then vegetables and last your carbs.

10. Make your food look beautiful and colourful – eat the rainbow
