A little tip- photograph your food
This tip is something I ask all my clients to do if they want to change their diet or make changes to their body:
Photograph everything you eat and drink (that isn't water).
Having a photograph of your food or drink and having to share it with someone is very powerful.
Our food decision are habitual which means we eat without thinking.
Having to be mentally present enough to take a photo makes you pause and consider:
1. The decisions you are making and why
2. How presentable it looks
85% of the experience of eating is visual. We form healthy habits more quickly when we make it beautiful...
So Instagram can be good for your health 😊
