Did you ever notice how bad habits snow ball?
You have a glass of wine on Friday evening, then on Saturday evening, then all of a sudden you're thinking up reasons to justify to yourself why Monday evening wine is the sensible thing to do.
Then when it comes to the good habits we want to create we do it intensely.
Flat out every time, and hope we've recovered enough to do it two days later.
To me this is like getting completely hammered on Friday night and wondering why we don't want to do the same on Sunday and why it doesn't become a habit.
Little and often is where the magic is.
Playful,enjoyable, simple, repeatable.
Results come from habits not fads.
