My favourite green smoothie

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1-2)

  • 1 apple
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 handful of frozen mangos
  • 1 handful of frozen or fresh spinach
  • 2-3 cm piece of cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-3 cm broccoli stalk
  • a dash of lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Chop everything up and put it in your blender or nutribullet
  2. add the water and blend it all together until smooth
