Omelette wrap

These are so great because they are full of protein and really easy to make 

INGREDIENTS (4 WRAPS)

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of cold water
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • a little butter or coconut oil for frying pan

METHOD

  1. Whisk the eggs together with the water and salt
  2. add a little butter/oil to your non stick small frying pan
  3. when it is melted pour a enough mixture to make a pancake/wrap and fry it on low to medium heat
  4. flip it over when the the wrap/pancake has become lose on the frying pan
  5. repeat until you have used all the mixture
  6. Fill the wraps with things like cream cheese (if you can have diary) and salmon, vegetables or some leftover meat.
  7. They are a great lunch alternative for you and your kids
