Strawberry or raspberry jam/fruit pot

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2-3)

5 apples, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced 2 pears peeled, cored, quartered and sliced 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 a cup of water

METHOD

  1. Mix the apples and pears in a pan with the vanilla and water

  2. Cook them until the apples and pears are soft.

  3. Mash them slightly with a fork or in a blender

  4. Let the jam cool and then add to the muffin mixture

    before putting them in the oven.
