How to create your own green smoothie

Here is a guide on how to create your own smoothie

PICK 1

  • 2 handfulls of spinach
  • 1 hand ful of kale (I prefer curly kale)
  • 1 small handful of broccoli

PICK 2 OR 3

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen pinapple or mango
  • 1 large handful of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 4cm piece of cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 peaches

PICK 1

  • 200ml of your favourite milk (any kind cow, almond, soy, rice, oats)
  • 200ml water 
  • 200ml coconut water 

I do recommend you mix fruits and vegetables that you already enjoy especially if you are new to smoothies.
