Brownies without flour

These brownies have just 2 ingredients. they are delicious and so easy to make.


  • 200 grams of chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 8 eggs


  • Slowly melt the chocolate (I used 70% dark chocolate for mine)

    While the chocolate is melting, start whisking the eggs in a separate bowl with an electric whisker for 8 minutes without stopping.

    Then fold the chocolate into the whisked eggs and slowly stir until it is mixed together.

    Then pour into a pan and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes on 180 degrees (check with a fork that it is baked through) 


    They are delicious on their own or with custard :)
