The MGF Bootcamp

Mums it seems sit in one of two camps when it comes to fitness: 

    ⁃    I don't have time to be as fit as I once was, so why bother?

    ⁃    I don't have time to get fit, so why bother? 

We have been tricked by the fitness industry. Not on purpose but because they needed to sell time and an hour was practical. 

The truth is though that both what you do and the effort you put into it are more important than the time. 

Last summer I did something I called the Aphrodite project along with a group of amazing MGF ladies. We had great fun and we all got in great shape. 

It was that time that everyone looks back on and says, "I wish I was as fit as I was then". 

The magic of it was that it took a maximum of 30 minutes per day and the workouts were split so that we could fit it in to busy lives, spend more time in recovery and work harder in our allotted time.  

I've been dying for the opportunity to do it again and both Ed and I have found the time to do it. I'm so excited about this. 

We have spilt the 30 days into 15 phases each contain 4 workouts for mobility, stability, High intensity and Strength. (We recommend purchasing a set of adjustable dumbbells)

You will be able to move workouts around during the phase to fit your day. E.g. Don't want to sweat in the am, you can choose the mobility workout. Want a good stress buster, you can choose the HIT workout.
