Your ideal evening and bedtime routine

One of the most important parts of this process is that we learn to stop looking for "the plan" ever again and learn to create our own what ever our circumstances. 

In order to do this we have to become self experimenters. 

This requires

A measure 

A test 

An outcome.

I would like to you to wake up tomorrow (regardless of the night you have had) and record how you feel out of 10 1 = exhausted 10= rested with lots of energy.

For the rest of the week I want you to try doing something different before bed. 

E.g. 

All screens of 1 hour before sleep 

30 minutes of fiction 

Lavender tea 

A hot shower 

(All examples of things that improve sleep) 

It's that simple. 

It's just learning to notice and test what works for you.
