Your own set of rules

I would love to know If you had to create a list of rules that would make your life easy. 

A guide if you like.

A series of questions answered in advance. 

What would they be. 

Not a wish list. Not something you struggle with, just something that make your life easier. 

My personal rules: 

  • Cake day is Saturday, no other day.

  • I drink 1.5 litres of water before food every day 

  • I eat 16 veg every day. 

  • I eat protein at every meal. 

  • I don’t drink coffee until after 8.45 and I never have more than 3 caffeinated drinks a day

  • I do some type of movement 

Rules just make life easier. Your brain loves rules. Without rules you will always face questions... 

Would you like breakfast?

Would you like a slice of cake? 

Do you fancy water today?

Everyday an internal negotiation.

Rules bypass all of this. Rules lead to results.
